Car lands on roof after West Palm Beach crash

A car landed on its roof after a crash overnight at the intersection of Lytle Street and Georgia Avenue near Forest Hill Boulevard.

A firefighter at the scene said It appeared the car hit a pickup truck that was parked along Georgia Avenue, causing it to flip over around 3:30 a.m. 


The driver was able to get out of the car on his own without the help of first responders.

West Palm Beach police placed a person in handcuffs and then put them in the back of a patrol car.

Officer at the scene says “it’s an open crash investigation.”

No other information was immediately available.
