WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Sandi, a 35-foot-tall, 700-ton Christmas tree made from sand, has packed up and left after the holiday season.
Sandi wrapped her ninth season on the West Palm Beach waterfront on Monday.
Since making her grand entrance in 2012, Sandi has been featured in The Huffington Post, Thrillist, CNN, People.com, The Ellen Show, Travel and Leisure, Martha Stewart, and more.
Large dump trucks loaded up 800-tons of sand Monday morning. Sandi was 700-tons and the rest is used on additional sculptures.
