A woman was rushed to the hospital after being shot in West Palm Beach early Saturday morning, according to West Palm Beach Police Department Spokesperson Lori Colombino.
The incident happened at approximately 4:45 a.m. along the 800 block of 19th Street.
The patient, 37-year-old Sybil Bannister, was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Detectives are seeking witnesses. Anyone with information is urged to call Detective Dustin Campbell at 822-1817 or Crime Stoppers.
