WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A driver and passenger died Sunday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 southbound in West Palm Beach.
At 7:38 a.m., a 2008 Ford Mustang was traveling on I-95 south of 45th Street in the outside center lane.
For unknown reasons, the Mustang veered to the right and entered the outside shoulder.
FHP said the car continued to travel in a southwesterly direction while rotating clockwise and struck a tree.
The driver, Louis Rossi, 70, of Palm Beach Gardens, was killed, along with a 59-year-old passenger who FHP has not identified.
The crash remains under investigation.
