WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. The 12-year-old boy accused of killing a 4-month-old relative in West Palm Beach will not be charged as an adult.
Investigators said the boy confessed to smothering the baby Dec. 12, 2015 with a pillow because the baby wouldn't stop crying.
The Palm Beach County State Attorney' Office says that the 12-year-old will remain in the juvenile justice system.
