WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Police are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred Monday afternoon in West Palm Beach.
According to the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD), officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 400 block of 16th Street at approximately 3:40 p.m.
When they arrived, officers found 18-year-old Ri’Chard Jackson with multiple gunshot wounds.
Jackson was pronounced deceased a short time later.
Investigators say the shooting may have been related to an altercation involving multiple individuals.
This is an ongoing investigation.
