The Wellington Chamber of Commerce will honor NewsChannel 5’s Roxanne Stein as the outstanding citizen of the year.
The award is given to a local resident who displays outstanding service to the community.
Roxanne said she was shocked when she learned about the honor.
“Wellington truly is a village that’s built around family, education and recreation. And I’m honored to be a part of that community and call it my hometown and will do anything I can to make it a better place to live,” she said.
The Wellington Chamber Of Commerce will honor Roxanne in March.
