Florida lawmakers are focusing on Palm Beach County at the state capitol Wednesday.
During the state's annual "Palm Beach County Day," lawmakers will meet with local business leaders and politicians to talk about the county's goals for the year.
During this legislative session, the county is expected to push for more slots at the Palm Beach Kennel Club, the restoration of tax credits to the film industry and more funding for mental health care and combatting homelessness in the area.
