PALM SPRINGS, Fla. -- A 17-year-old has been charged with vehicular homicide after a fatal crash in October.
Alexis Julian Vecino Nicosia was arrested on Friday and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
Florida Highway Patrol says Vecino Nicosia was going approximately 72 mph on October 21, 2018 when he crashed into a 2013 Honda Civic, killing the driver, 23-year-old Nicholas Woodward of Fort Pierce. The speed limit in that area is posted at 40 mph.
