Detectives have targeted a man who frequents Target.
They accuse him of being a serial shoplifter and say he has a penchant for iPads.
They say he has been frequenting various Target stores throughout the state.
He's about 5’10” – 5’11” and weighs approximately 230 – 250 lbs.
On August 14 he was seen leaving the Target in the 10200 block of Hagen Ranch Road in suburban Boynton Beach.
