The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) is looking for a man they say engaged in "video voyeurism" at a Royal Palm Beach Target store earlier this month.
Investigators say on Jan. 3, a male suspect put his phone over a divider in a Target fitting room and filmed a minor. The suspect fled the Target in a dark-colored SUV after being spotted.
