PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is urging all veterans and patients to keep their addresses up to date.
The Veterans Health Administration reports inconsistencies in its database.
The VA says keeping your permanent address up to date will help with health care-related items as well and pension and disability benefits.
Veterans can update their permanent address by signing into the VA’s website or by calling the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center at 561-422-6838.
