A diver is in fair condition after he was attacked by a bull shark about 2 miles offshore Wednesday afternoon.
Crews responded to Sailfish Marina to initially treat and then transport the victim to an area hospital.
A captain at the marina says three people were spearfishing about 2 miles offshore when the shark bit one of them, 26-year-old Kyle Senkowicz.
According to fire rescue, the men were in about 60 feet of water at the time of the attack.
Fire Rescue says the diver has significant wounds to his elbow, wrist and tricep and has been taken to St. Mary's Medical Center.
