RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — Police are investigating a shooting in Riviera Beach Wednesday evening.
The shooting happened in the 2300 block of Avenue South. Police have cordoned off the entire block between Avenue South and West 23rd Street and Avenue South and West 24th Street.
According to Riviera Beach police, the victim, a 19-year-old man, was shot in the back. His injuries appear to be life-threatening.
The suspect is unknown at this time.
