Riviera Beach police say a man has died after someone from a passing car shot him.
They identified him as 26-year-old Devonte Wilson.
Police said the shooting happened in the 1600 block of Avenue H West just before 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Gunfire from the passing vehicle struck Wilson and then the vehicle sped off, police said.
First responders took Wilson to the hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival, according to police.
This shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
