RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — The Riviera Beach Police Department is investigating after a man was shot Tuesday morning.
Authorities say approximately 17 shots were fired on W. 26th Street near President Barack Obama Highway just after 2:30 a.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical, but stable condition.
Officials have not identified the man who was shot or who they believe fired the shots.
Police say they are actively looking for a suspect, but have not provided a descritption.
