Two people face charges of armed sexual battery following an incident at a Riviera Beach home Saturday night.

The alleged victim claims that she was contacted through her personal escort service ad she posted online.

Shortly after she arrived at the residence, she claims a juvenile pushed her on a bed and hit her in the face.

She claims that another man, later identified as Andre Mann, 18, said that if she did not do what they said they were going to kill her.

She then described a scene of events in which she was sexually assaulted, had a knife pressed against her body, was videotaped and had her rings stolen.

When she said her roommate called wondering when she would be done, she told him to bring money because the pair wouldn’t let her leave and she was being held against her will.

As the roommate approached the residence, the alleged victim came running outside crying without shoes, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Police were called and questioned Mann and the juvenile. Mann denied that either of them had sex with the woman. He said that she said she was there to make money and attempted to try and steal items from the residence. He said that’s when he punched her in the face, according to the police report.

Detectives who interviewed the alleged victim said she had several scratches and bruises on her face and a wound on her leg consistent with a stab wound.

Detectives stated that due to inconsistent stories given by Mann and the juvenile, and the injuries to the alleged victim’s face and body, that they charged the pair with sexual battery with a weapon, false imprisonment and robbery with a weapon.
