The man charged with taking his 8-month-old twins without telling their mom is being held on $5,000 bail.
Carlos Peavy appeared in court Monday morning.
He is charged with interfering with custody and ordered not to have contact with the twins or their mother.
Earlier this month, police spent about a week searching for the infants after they were taken from their home in Riviera Beach. Peavy turned himself into police in Georgia.
