RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - Update: Police added attempted first-degree murder, kidnapping and aggravated battery charges for Emmanuel McIntosh.
West Palm Beach Police say McIntosh held two men at gunpoint inside a home in the 700 block of 56th St. for two hours on Oct. 25. He fired several rounds inside the home and at the men as the ran away, according to the report.
McIntosh stole one of the men’s BMW, driving towards 53rd and Broadway where he saw the woman. Police report that he forced her inside the vehicle, forced her to take off her clothes, threatened to kill her, and then shot her in the foot.
Investigators believe McIntosh crashed the vehicle to hurt the woman and himself and then fled from officers.
McIntosh appeared before a Palm Beach County judge Tuesday morning on the new charges. He remains held at the Palm Beach County Jail without bond.
