RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. -- A 14-year-old boy was shot in the abdomen Tuesday afternoon in Riviera Beach, according to Riviera Beach Fire Rescue.
He has life-threatening injuries.
The shooting happened at 2925 Avenue J.
The shooting appears to have happened just a couple of hundred feet from Inlet Grove Community High School.
Police have arrested three suspects.
A 17-year-old male has been charged with Attempted 2nd Degree Murder as well as other charges. 19-year-old Aaron Dale has been charged with Possession of Marijuana and Tampering with Evidence. Another 17-year-old male has been charged with Resisting Arrest, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of a Firearm by a minor. Another 17-year-old male "person of interest" is still being questioned by Riviera Beach police.
