The town of Palm Beach and some town businesses are dealing with a communication problem after a main AT&T fiber line was accidentally cut.
The town said it happened at the intersection of Royal Palm Way and Cocoanut Row.
As a result, town phone lines and email are down while repairs are being made.
The town said it's not sure how many residential and business customers are affected.
911 still works, and a temporary non-emergency number is available for police and fire-rescue: (561-835-4736).
Palm Beach said repairs could take up to 24 hours to complete.
