PALM BEACH, Fla. — Luann de Lesseps, star of the reality TV show 'The Real Housewives of New York City,' has violated her probation, according to court records. They show de Lesseps failed a breathalyzer in April.

She pleaded guilty to battery and disorderly intoxication after Palm Beach police arrested her on charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer at the Colony Hotel on Christmas Eve in 2017.
She was ordered to stay away from alcohol, and attend two AA meetings a week while on probation.
A probation officer found de Lesseps was not attending meetings.
According to court records, de Lesseps was taken into custody on Thursday and released the same day.
