Deputies are searching for a group of people behind a distraction theft in Palm Beach County.
The Sheriff's Office said the thieves distracted a woman while she was shopping a Walmart at 9990 Belvedere Road in Royal Palm Beach on Nov. 27.
The crooks stole her purse, then used her credit cards and checks to make several transactions throughout Palm Beach County, according to deputies.
