A man who brought two children with him while he conducted a drug deal is under arrest, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
A deputy involved in a 'buy and bust' operation arranged to purchase $60 worth of heroin from Tzaddi L. Allen, 26, of West Palm Beach, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Allen showed up in a black Mercedes to make the deal at a Lantana drug store on East Ocean Avenue last Thursday, the report said.
After the transaction, in the undercover officer's vehicle, a 'take down' team stopped Allen at his Mercedes and discovered two children in the back seat, the affidavit said.
Allen faces two charges of child neglect, the sale of heroin, driving with a suspended/revoked license and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
