The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man for identity theft.
Deputies say Damian Heaven opened multiple credit cards in another person’s name and made purchases at multiple stores with them.
Heaven has been charged with fraudulent use of personal ID and organized fraud.
He is also facing charges of grand theft and false ownership of property.
