PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Investigators are trying to track down a man who tossed three kittens in a paper bag next to a dumpster earlier this month.
Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control posted this video online, which shows a man dumping the kittens next to the Cup 'N Saucer Restaurant, located at 6169 Jog Road in suburban Lake Worth, on May 2.

A worker at the restaurant found the kittens, which are approximately five weeks old.
ACC said the animals are recovering at the agency's main shelter, and are in relatively good condition.
