PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said a man was injured after another person attacked him with a machete Tuesday morning in suburban West Palm Beach.
At about 8:22 a.m., deputies responded to a fight in the 4600 block of Haverhill Rd. and found the victim with stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. PBSO said his condition is unknown.
The sheriff's office said the attacker and victim know each other. The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived.
No other details were immediately available.
