LANTANA, Fla. — A woman was found shot to death Sunday morning at a Lantana motel.
The body was found inside a Super 8 motel room on Hypoluxo Road near Interstate 95.
According to Lantana Police Chief Sean Scheller, officers found the door to the room open and discovered the woman's body inside. Her identity hasn't been released.
Friends and co-workers of the victim said they all worked together at a club in West Palm Beach and said she had young children whose lives will never be the same.
A suspect in the shooting hasn't been identified.
The shooting remains under investigation.
