The strong waves continued along the Palm Beach and Treasure coasts on Tuesday.
While some didn’t take the risk in the water, some daredevils thought it was the perfect time to head out.
“It was a good workout,” said Verda Morus who was kayaking in the waves at the Boynton Beach Inlet.
The beach at Lake Worth was busy but people are blocked from going into the water.
“We found a little spot nobody wanted,” said one couple who were tanning in the grass.
When high-tide came in, there wasn’t enough room for everyone on the sandy shore.
Later in the day the waves stayed rough and swimmers' access to the ocean stayed blocked off.
