A 26-year-old Lake Worth man is in jail after police said he impregnating a 16-year-old girl late last year.
Deputies said Andres Pedro Jose sexually assaulted the girl in his home in December.
The sheriff's investigated after the girl said Jose pulled her into his room on two occasions on Dec. 4 and sexually abused her.
DNA testing later revealed Jose was responsible for the attacks.
He was arrested March 21 and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a minor.
