A Jupiter man is facing charges after investigators unearth a marijuana grow house beneath a Lake Worth warehouse.

Investigators say Wade Garrett Taylor was growing 30 marijuana plants in a 700 square foot room at 1800 North 4th Avenue, unit B.

The entrance to the room was hidden inside a stairway in the back left side of the business.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the room included a modified AC system, which included temperature gauges, fans, heat pumps, and irrigation piping.

The city of Lake Worth says Taylor illegally diverted power to assist with the grow operation.

Taylor faces charges of trafficking in cannabis, cultivation of cannabis, and possession a residence for the purpose of manufacturing a controlled substance.

The building's landlord said he was unaware that the grow operation was going on.
