One person is dead and another injured after a vehicle crashed into a stopped truck Wednesday evening.
The accident happened on 10th Ave. N in Lake Worth.
Officials say the vehicle hit the truck from behind.
The passenger of the vehicle, 24-year-old Cody Spider of Lake Worth, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, 22-year-old Collin Hannah of Lake Worth, was transported to a local hospital, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Hannah is in serious condition.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
