PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — A Lake Worth Beach man is a whole lot richer after scoring big in a Monopoly Jackpot Scratch-Off game.
The Florida Lottery said 60-year-old Edwin Jean claimed a $1 million prize after playing $20 in the game.
He chose to take a one-time, lump-sum payment of $715,000
Jean bought his winning ticket from Gas Discount, located at 5050 Lake Worth Rd. in Greenacres. The store will get $2,000 for selling the winning ticket.
