A bicyclist in Greenacres was seriously injured Sunday after being hit by a car.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the bicyclist was crossing the road when a car making a left hand turn failed to yield.
The bicyclist, whose name and condition has not been released, was thrown off the bike and into the windshield before hitting the pavement.
PBSO says the bicyclist was riding lawfully with white flashing lights on their bike.
