On Sunday, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was busy campaigning for Hillary Clinton, encouraging voters to cast their ballots early.

"I'm sorry that all states don't have it, so the states that do, I hope the voters take advantage of it," said Albright.

The Trump campaign released a statement saying they are confident their supporters will be out in numbers before and during Election Day.

Political analyst Brian Crowley said about two million voters have already mailed-in their ballots.   The unusual part is that the Republicans have a very small lead, when in previous years they have a substantial lead with mailed-in ballots.

Crowley has his eye on independent voter as we head into in-person early voting. He said right now 18 percent of voters are listed as independents.

"Very often the deciding factor is the independent vote, so that 18 percent that's already have voted could be very, very significant . It will be interesting to see what percentage of the vote on Election Day is independent voters. It's going to decide the election," said Crowley.
