Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said a boy on a bicycle was struck by a vehicle Friday morning near Palm Springs.
At 8:21 a.m., crews responded to the incident near Forest Hill Boulevard and Erie Terrace.
PBCFR Capt. Albert Borroto said the child was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
