PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- The Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County hosted their first Father/Daughter dinner and dance on Saturday.
The event took place on a cruise ship.
It was part of the non-profit's fatherhood mentoring initiative, designed to build stronger bonds between fathers and daughters, ages 6-8 years old.
The event drew over 300 people.
The Boys and Girls Club will be hosting more events like this later this year.
