UPDATE: At 8 p.m. Tuesday, Atlantis police said the man was identified and reunited with his family.
EARLIER STORY: Atlantis police say they need your help identifying a man brought to JFK Medical Center.
He arrived at the hospital on April 26, but police say he is unable to tell the staff his date of birth or address.
He said his name is Samuel Anderson, but police say they can't positively identify him.
The man, who appears to be between 40 and 45-years-old, speaks Haitian Creole.
Police say he was initially discovered near the 4500 block of Southern Boulevard in suburban West Palm Beach.
The man said he has relatives in Miami, but police say he has trouble communicating.
