Since we launched the Protecting Paradise project several months ago, we have broadcast and digitally published dozens of stories about water issues, environmental concerns and projects, and introduced you to groups and individuals working on solutions.
Reports have shed light on immediate issues like the recent red ride outbreak and the algae crisis, as well as long-term challenges like growth and development that may negatively impact South Florida’s natural areas and waterways.
Now we have launched a new Facebook group that we hope will help drive the conversation about environmental issues and how we as South Floridians can solve them.
