PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) are actively searching Lake Osborne in Palm Beach County for a missing person who may have been ejected from a wave runner.
FWC said officers responded Sunday after preliminary information indicated that an individual was operating a personal watercraft from John Prince Park on the lake.

Officials said shortly after the personal watercraft entered the lake, witnesses observed it floating unmanned.
FWC said this is an active investigation, and no additional information is available at this time.
Viewers told WPTV that crews have been on the lake since the morning hours.
It's unclear if the missing person is a man or a woman.
No other details have been provided at this time.
