Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil is reportedly being charged with misdemeanor battery after he got into a scuffles with a fan in Las Vegas.
The incident happened outside the Aria hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip in April.
Neil and Nicolas Cage were at the hotel-casino when a woman attempted to get an autograph from Cage and Neil pulled her to the ground by her hair.
After that, Cage and Neil ended up getting into a scuffle.

Neil was initially cited for battery following the incident, according to Rolling Stone. However, authorities have since decided to change the charge to a misdemeanor.
If convicted, the singer could face 6 months in prison.
Neil is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
