LYNNWOOD, Wash. — (KING/NBC) - Video shows a Washington state woman became verbally upset with a worker at a nail salon after a man asked her to turn off the speaker on her cellphone during a conversation.

It happened Dec. 30 when Christopher Brown of Seattle asked a female customer to turn her phone off speaker, so others did not have to listen to her conversation.

That's when the woman became irate, telling the caller she was going to "take care" of Brown.

At one point, she told salon management that she would leave if Brown didn't.

She eventually gets up and leaves, but not before making vulgar, homophobic comments about Brown.

Brown says he posted the video on social media with a message to encourage others to stand-up for their rights.
