(WPMI/NBC) - A pilot survived a small plane crash that was caught on camera this week in Alabama.
A Cessna 421 crashed into a tree Tuesday in Foley, Ala.
As the plane caught fire, video shows a bystander running toward it to help.
Three men said the pilot opened his door and they help him get out.
The pilot, whose name has not been released, suffered minor injuries and declined medical treatment.
Officials said the plane had just taken off from a nearby airport. Both the FAA and the NTSB are investigating.
