Rowan County, Kentucky's clerk of courts has been making headlines recently because despite a Supreme Court ruling, she's refusing to grant gay marriage licenses.

Kim Davis says her religious beliefs are keeping her from doing so. Davis has had her own marital issues in the past, having been divorced three times, but says that happened prior to her finding Jesus.
