Thousands of online shoppers are expected to flock to Amazon.com for this year's Prime Day. They're planning to get the e-commerce giant's best deal kicking off on July 16.

If you aren't an Amazon Prime member, many of the deals are unavailable to you. However, many brick-and-mortar retailers are feeling the pressure to compete and are offering price matches to Amazon's 36-hour shopping extravaganza.

Here are a few major chains that said they plan to match Amazon's lower prices:

Bed Bath & Beyond: The home good store will match prices from Amazon for up to 2 weeks after purchase, as long as the product is identical in brand, size, model number, model year and color. However, the price match excludes Prime exclusive discounts and the item must be in stock directly from the Amazon retailer. No third-party sellers included.

Best Buy: The electronic retailer offers price matches on same-day purchases or during the return and exchange period. They do not offer price matches on items from a third-party seller, contract cell phones or prime exclusice deals.  To make a price match request, you can call a customer specialist or go in-store to the customer service desk.

Walmart: One of Amazon's biggest competitor's is offering price matches for in-stock products that are identical in size, model, quantity, brand and color. The policy only applies to items that are currently in-stock on both Amazon and Walmart and the product must be sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com.

Target: The retail giant offers price matches within 14 days of purchase if you find the identical item for less on Amazon. The price match guarantee excludes Prime Exclusive deals. Bring proof of the lower price to a local store or call the company’s guest services and Target will adjust the price upon request.
