This has to be the craziest, most unexpected proposal ever. As Justin and his girlfriend Tayla are driving on the streets of Troy, Michigan, a cop car pulls them over. They stop in a parking lot and the Troy PD officers ask them both to exit the vehicle. After some conversation back and forth, Justin gets down on one knee.
