Thou shalt not steal — especially from the collection plate at church.
A volunteer usher at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala, Florida was arrested Sunday after police said he took cash from the church's collection baskets.
Mario Condis, 60, was confronted by detectives after Sunday's church service and found with $349.05 in his pockets, according to Ocala.com.
Condis' thievery was suspected by church officials for several weeks, who met with law enforcement officials to set up video cameras around the church. According to Ocala.com, Condis was caught on camera stealing money from the collection baskets on three separate Sundays from Oct. 18 to Nov. 1.
