The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Wednesday the recall of some PlanToys baby gyms due to the risk of strangulation.

The CPSC said consumers should immediately stop using the baby gyms and contact PlanToys for a free replacement baby gym. Consumers can reach PlanToys at at 866-517-7526 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.

The recalled baby gyms can be identified by finding the manufacturing date code. Codes TH 080116 through TH 082916 are printed on the top corner joint connecting ball.

The products were available on Diapers.com, Target.com and other websites from September 2016 through May 2017 for about $50.

Roughly 500 units were sold nationwide.
