CNN is reporting that the Ethan Couch, the teen who killed four people in a 2014 drunk driving crash and claimed he suffered from too much privilege, has been apprehended in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Couch has been missing since early December, after video surfaced of him playing beer pong on social media. Abstaining from alcohol was part of the 10-year probation sentence that kept Couch out of prison.

CNN also reports that the teen's mother, Tonya Couch, was apprehended along with him. Authorities believe that she was assisting her son in his escape.
