Have you ever worked at a job where you didn't get paid correctly? Maybe didn't get the right overtime pay?

The United States Department of Labor is in charge of making sure employers comply with labor laws and when they find violations, they often collect unpaid wages for employees.

The agency is currently holding $120 million that is owed to 234,227 workers across the country.

You can search the list on theLabor Department's website.

The Workers Owed Wages website allows you to input an employer’s name, location, and then your last name. If the agency has collected back wages for you, you’ll be prompted on how to collect it.
